Discovery Vitality International Travel - DO NOT USE

I booked a flight on BA: UPB8BQ : through Vitality Travel in February 2020 to fly in April. Due to Covid this was cancelled. Discovery use Comair as their agency which is under business rescue. BA and the agency(purple) have confirmed that my ticket was refunded to them but they refuse to refund me. I paid with my credit card and should have automatically been refunded by the agency. This as far as I am concerned is theft and I am holding Discovery personally responsible to make sure that I am refunded. They take absolutely no responsibility for this. I booked through them NOT Comair. I am warning ALL, be very careful using Discovery to book your flights as they are not responsible for your refunds if flights are cancelled. They just tell you to send an email!!!! Highly disgusted with how this is handled.
