Discovery Vitality - *********** or dishonest

I have been a loyal customer of Discovery for more than 25 years. Added to that, I have been Diamond status on their Vitality program for many years. My loyalty to their business has been without question since they made a 50:50 20 years ago call to save my daughters from a life threatening medical condition .

So why the one star.... There are too many incidents where my trust in the Discovery business is starting to wane. Discovery Vitality has promoted various benefits for their clients to pay for services and equipment. More specifically, I bought a fitness device in December 2019 and after three months none of the promised benefits were paid. I contacted Discovery and in March they paid me the initial benefit for the device and the monthly device payment for achieving the fitness goals. In additions, there are also other Vitality benefits accruing to me for UBER, gym etc. Since April 2020 NOTHING....

A bank is a trusted institution who must deliver on their promises without question. This situation talks to their lack of integrity as a business and their inability to service their customers.

If this is an indictment of their values, I don't want to consider any of their products and I questions if there is better value offering in the market. #DiscoveryVitality, #DiscoveryBank, #DiscoveryHealth #adriangore this is your customer is questioning your business integrity and reconsidering a long standing loyalty to your business.
