Discovery Vitality - Horrible Service

I attempted to book a flight with Kulula via Vitality last week Tuesday 13 April. Since I am a Vitality member, the website directed me to Vitality Travel (Vitality Travel <***>) to send the booking details. I emailed all flight info, including my contact details the same day. I then received a response email that I will have feedback with 72 hours. Yesterday, exactly a week later, I still hadn't received a response. I then call in and speak to a few agents regarding my query and end up with who I was told is the manager, Ramona Mumble, who asked me to email *** with all the correspondence. As soon as received she will return my call by COB. Today, I am now holding 22:44 mins, in counting, to have my booking sorted.I have to travel because it is my mothers memorial service. I don't have flight details and flights are filling up and getting more expensive. The convenience is sold impeccably on all platforms when in fact it is not.
