Discovery Vitality holding back cash rewards to pay your Execs big bonuses!

If I could give negative points here, I would. Discovery Vitality hasnt paid my cash rewards for more than a year and are now using all sorts of delay tactics to not pay out my cash and to convert all my historical payments from 2023 to 2024 into Discovery miles. No ways, not accepting miles, Discovery will pay me out what is due in cash and may convert the rewards into miles since they introduced this new program later in 2024 ONLY. Where is the Vitality Exec? Can I please get these rewards consolidated and paid out. Am extremely frustrated at the lies and promised made that payment would be effected 15 November and more lies that this is now under investigation. Please Discovery, you are making gazillions and finding ways to hold back cash rewards is sickening.
