Discovery Vitality Healthy Food cash back

Discovery either does not care or does not have the ability to efficiently handle their much vaunted Vitality incentive schemes. Despite many promises and reference numbers, I have been unable to get my Healthy Food cash back since May. Nobody at Discovery is able to tell me why the payments have stopped. Emails elicit an automated response promising resolution within 2 days. This does not happen. Phone calls are a waste of much time spent listening to recordings assuring that you will be attended to soon. My latest email communication from them on the 5th August promised an "escalation" and "urgent attention" together with an apology for the inconvenience and delay with yet another reference number. Since then - nothing! I despair!
