Discovery Vitality Gym booster ****!

Discovery Vitality owes me gym booster cash back for more than 8 months. I logged a query with in January and it is now June it has not been resolved. They don't call me for feedback and every time I call they tell me it is with their payments section. Or they are working on it. Lies each time. I want my cash back! I pay for those vitality benefits!
