Discovery Vitality Gear – Nike Gear Rewards wiCode not calculating discount correctly

I am having endless issues with the wiCode generated by the Discovery app for the Vitality Active Gear. 16 Jun- I reached 75% discount for the Nike performance gear category after 25 weeks of meeting my fitness goals. I went to the Nike store to purchase a pair of running shoes and generated the wiCode in store. When they rang it up, it only gave me R120 discount in the shoes which were R2399. 17 Jun – I called Discovery Vitality to log a query for the incorrect discounts and the agent advised me that the Nike Rewards was a know issue and that I should monitor the resolution myself on the Discovery website. 21 Jun – I noticed the Nike Rewards issue move into the resolved queue under Popular Topics under the help section on the Discovery website 22 June – I went back to Nike store and the shoes when rang up with R88 discount. A called Discovery Vitality and got a Ref number this time: *** 25 June – Called again to get an update and was notified that back office was waiting for my QR cod that was giving issues and i gave it to the agent… So now I wait and the Nike store very kindly holding the shoes till today, and which i will not get once this is all resolved. The new Discovery Vitality Gear Programme is quite disappointing. Far less benefits that the health shoe benefit and the heathy gear card previously. The so called ‘up font’ benefit is only fully achieved after completing 6 months / 25 weeks of goals. The guide says you can purchase Gear / Devices / Nike Gear in any combination within the R6000 limit in a 12 month cycle - the benefits % reverts back to base % and you need to work 6 months / 25 weeks before you get back to the previous max %. All very confusing.

Please Discovery Vitality – please give me a wiCode (and my next Nike Gear wiCode) that I can use in store that calculates correctly...
