Discovery Vitality ***** and theft

I recently rejoined Vitality and they are doing deductions from my bank account even though they are being paid through my employer, my employer did the employer confirmation mid June but I still got a deduction from my account on 1st July, i have emailed info@discovery every day for the past 12 days and I am not getting any response from them. I did not give consent for them to set up a direct debit from my account, this should be ******* I have opened a complaint at my bank for ********** direct debit and i have lodged a complaint with the ombudsman as this is not the first time they have done this to me.
