Discovery Vitality failure to sync with Suunto Ambit 3

I am disappointed that a company like discovery take so long to sort out the issue that discovery don’t reward vitality points to people with suunto watches. I exercise every day. Please this is a serious issue, if you could sort it out guys... In this day and age with all the tech and a big company like discovery, why is it taking so long. We pay good money to buy the required tech, in my case Suunto Ambit 3. Can you sort this out, Please ?
