Discovery Vitality empty promises and lies

Used the new discovery miles to redeem a reward for a DSTV Box Office rental. Received SMS as well as voucher showing on Discovery App. No credit was given and DSTV charged me for the rental. Spoke to DSTV and they said no credit received from Discovery Vitality. Sent query to Discovery on Friday 24 January 2020, they rep**** with standard reply that query would be addressed and I would be contacted within two working days. It is now Wednesday 29 January 2020 and no contact. These clowns at Discovery Vitality are dishonest and *********.
