Discovery Vitality Dropping Standards

Hi am an active Discovery Vitality member for the past many years been on diamond over 4 years now. I have two issue which I tried calling the call center only to have the calls dropped on me after 9 minutes. There is no email account and the send query is useless. My two queries are 1) I went to my doctor to get my blood pressure checked in order to get my chronic medication . I emailed Discovery vitality my new reading given a reference no *** but its nearly 3 weeks nothing has happened 2) On the 26 June I went to my Optician to get my and my wife Glaucoma tested. I was charged the consultation cost last week but no points was allocated
