Discovery Vitality Drive & Insure Bad Service

I recently experienced significant frustration with Discovery Vitality Drive & Discovery Insure, leading me to strongly cancel their services. On numerous occasions I have contacted them with regards to the drive device recording ghost trips. I was asked to send them screenshots of every occasion as proof of evidence. I also forwarded them screenshots of the device actually recording trips while my vehicle was safely parked in my garage. After a lengthy back and forth, and replacing the device, they responded with a letter stating that due to me driving in remote locations (Polokwane CBD) they will not reimburse me with the lost points. Then a week later I started having trouble with the device again as it didn't want to record my trips. While taking several trips the device was showing it is safely parked in my garage. Once again after a couple of calls, I was asked again to send screenshots as evidence. I am really disappointed with their services and would strongly advice anyone to not use the vitality drive option.
