Discovery Vitality double-debits and Consultants Refusing to Assist for close to 2 months

I was incorrectly debited twice by Discovery Vitality and have since logged several queries to get this resolved but the consultants repeatedly refuse to refund and close the cases without any resolution, despite presenting all the evidence requested by them. I never expected such pathetic service from Discovery.
