Discovery Vitality doesn't really care about you

I had an Apple watch before, which enabled me to meet 700 points assigned by Vitality. I have lost my watch and have not had it since Jan 2019. I was thus unable to meet my goals since. We are now in November and vitality has still not reviewed goals. I the also injured my ankle in August, the doc wrote me off for 8 weeks but I have been unable to do hard physical exercise as I still struggle to walk and I can not stand for long periods (10 mins standing hurts my ankle). i wrote in to ask them to review my goals. The response from Vitality was that I have to be written off for 3 months. I am extremely disappointed. I have been with Discovery vitality for years and this treatment that they are giving me is so disappointing. I am considering cancelling all my products with them and moving to a competitor. They would rather I worsen my injury by trying to do heavy cardio exercises than consider a review. Also, how do I track my heartbeat if I no longer have a watch and an iphone. Would they rather I get into debt trying to get those devices just so I can meet their goals. Discovery has really just appeared as a company that doesn't card. I have life Insurance, Medical Aid and a credit card with Discovery. If my goals are not reviewed I will cancel these services.
