Discovery Vitality doesn't log all gym visits

Discovery is not regularly updating my gym visits, I started to monitor my visits and I had four visits at the end of February that are not updated. This is now going to affect my gym discount. I have logged two queries with Discovery Vitality through their app but have not yet had a response.
