Discovery Vitality doesn't care about their clients, only money!

Still no response from the Vitality "Store Manager" of the Century City branch or Customer Support teams... they've been dodging me and not responding, even though this was promised to be resolved last year. My Vitality has since dropped to Silver from Diamond as a result and they couldn't care less. Shocking service by Discovery, clearly not the trusted brand they use to be...
