Discovery Vitality doesnt cancel when I ask

I have been trying to cancel my discovery Vitality since last year. eventually i managed to get hold of a consultant and cancelled it this year in May. the premium has still gone off.... it seems like all they want is my premium

can someone call me and get this sorted ASAP !!!
