Discovery Vitality does NOT entitle you to travel rewards, despite advertising that it does

On page 6 they say 10% off on flights by activating the benefit; 25% saving after finding out your age and doing a vitality health check. It then says you can boost this further up to 75% by banking with Discovery Bank.

However when I called Discovery to apply my travel benefit, they informed me that all travel rewards ONLY apply to Discovery Bank members. Therefore the claim that you can access flight savings by simply activating the benefit and advance it by finding out your age and doing a vitality health check is therefore completely false. The fact that travel benefits are advertised in the Vitality Health brochure but are only available to Discovery Bank members constitutes misleading information and is in violation of the Consumer Protection Act. Even though on page 11 under travel benefits it speaks about Discovery Bank, the upfront sell is that you get benefits simply by activating Vitality and doing your age and health assessment. This I have been told is incorrect.

Therefore I would like to take action against Discovery Vitality for false advertising in violation of the Consumer Protection Act.
