Discovery Vitality does not deliver service or problem solving

About a month ago, I raised a query to Discovery Vitality. Till today, they did not resolve my issue and all they say is, it has been forwarded to their back office. This is their excuse every time. What they also do, is to transfer the problem from the one department to another with conclusion that there is no positive outcome. How long must I wait for an outcome? Is this the service that Discovery Vitality give to all their customers? Also when you phone them, the one consultant will give a solution or answer and then we you phone again, maybe to follow up, then another consultant will tell you something totally different as what the first consultant told you. There is no consistency from what the one is telling you to what another is telling you, so who must you believe then, which consultant. Looking at this, there is a lack of communication and training. The following are my reference numbers, ***, ***, ***, *** and still I can give more reference numbers with the same issue I am having and all this in one month and still no solution find. As said, they just sent this from the one department to another and do nothing about this. I am really not satisfied with their service and still my question will be, how long must I still wait??
