Discovery vitality: discover incompetence

As I sit here, I want to write good things about discovery vitality, but I can't. Just like no one ever compliments them,which they don't deserve either. They deserve all the complaints they get because yes, they are ***********, yes their website is super slow, did I mention they are ***********? Not yet. Oh yes, they are ***********. Shame, vitality employees probably get a handbook in how to dumb down to the company's standards although most of them don't need help there. One more thing, why don't you try and do your jobs, I know it s a lot to ask of someone to have a purpose and not all of us have purposes we are just here to ***** oxygen from honest hard working people. The payback percentage has always been problematic, and still is. Why don't you update peoples status's? Why do we always have to complain about your dum.b a.sses before you act. Oh and by the way - I have been struggling for over an hour to complete the forms online for points, and decided to pop over to a more effective site, lets face it, it would be a sin not to drag discovery vitality's name through the mud at any given opportunity. Discovery Vitality practically begs us to complain.
