Discovery Vitality Dis-Chem Healthy Rewards

Discovery Vitality and Dis-Chem Healthy Rewards - schedule 1 & 2 purchases. I have an outstanding query since 2018 with Discovery Vitality where they do not have any system in place to reward you for Schedule 1 & 2 purchases from Dis-Chem pharmacist - their reward system is mis-leading and should be removed. I have brought it to the attention of the MD of Vitality and after numerous emails and phone calls , it has still not be rectified or any healthy rewards credited to me.
