Discovery Vitality : Deceptive and evasive

Although it is in the media and I will continue to spread this far and wide i am exceptionally dissapointed with Dicovery's Vitality miscommunication and deceptive moving of goal posts. Discovery says they are reviewing the goals members must achieve and yet there is no communication of what this review will be. They have already disconnected my Runkeeper and yet not lowered my goals. Besides being against the CPA which I will be following up with next they are evasive, do not return calls or emails and have useless people on their helpdesk. I have been with Discovery for 10 years or more and this has seriously dissapointed me and surprised me. Besides the brand damage the actual reality they simply do not care has been an eyeopener.
