Discovery Vitality causing a headache rather than resolving one!

I have been contacting Discovery trying to figure out why I am no longer receiving my cash back for months to no avail. The 'helpline' is unable to address this other than saying they are experiencing problems with their system. Dealing with Discovery has become a major issue and a hassle since nothing is ever done to resolve the issue and you end up spending hours and hours following up. Discovery try to make out like you are saving by using their partners but now I feel like I am just spending and spending more than if I shopped at other retailers and am seriously considering dropping the whole Discovery product all together which I think will save both time and money in the long run.
