Discovery Vitality can't do anything right - why?

Why do we spend all our time having to fight for benefits earned or trying to get our money back when incorrectly debited?

I am now trying to show discovery that they can't even record my weight correctly.

I am so sick and tirof s of this

Nothing is going to hangs until companies like this are made to pay compensation to its clients for wasting all our time and money

So when are you going to give me my money back for incorrectly devoting my credit card?

When are you going to record my weight correctly? And then change my weight loss reward from 35% to 40%

And then give me then money back that I should have got had I been on the correct % discount

Then when are you going to sort out your systems so that I can set my next weight loss goal. Systems say I can't for the last week?
