Discovery Vitality call center no RESPONSE!!!!!!

I am a new vitality member, three months to be precise I have been trying to find more infomration on how vitality works and have a few questions I can't get through for two weeks. I hold phone for 30 minutes plus til phone just automatically switches off. Can I get assistance. I really feel ubdervalued at this moment
