Discovery Vitality Call Center is a dead end.

It is impossible to get hold of and have any issue resolved with Discovery Vitality Travel. Their so called call center is a dead end. I have logged an issue in May 2022, written numerous emails and spent hundreds of Rand on phone calls, with zero results. Their so-called care for their customers is a big joke.
