Discovery Vitality

I have been trying to claim Vitality awards since Tuesday and Discovery cannot help me to claim. I have sent screen shots, called on numerous occasions but it just seams to me that they are far to big an organization to provide face to face customer care . In summary they have not been able to solve my problem within a reasonable time frame because everything is pass the buck.
