Discovery Vitality

They have a very *********** vitality and billings team. I am overcharged every month and then it gets resolved. The next month I will be overcharged again and have to go wait through long 'on hold' calls to explain the same thing monthly. Overly frustrated with their incompetence that affects my gym membership
