Discovery Vitality Bullying

Had my yearly Vitality Health Check assessment on 27 August 2022. Failed my cholesterol test and was told by the sister at the pharmacy I can test again after 60 days. She made a mistake as it is actually 90 days. Tested again on 25 November and passed cholesterol test(88 days). Was declined by Vitality because it falls within the 90 day window. Had another cholesterol test done on the 28/11/2022 (91 days). Was declined again saying it should be 90 days from the one I submitted on 25 November……Really??
