Discovery Vitality broke a promise and took funds from my account with out my conscent

Recently consulted with a discovery Vitality representative (which was recorded) to get clarity on a matter which they then did clarify for me and promised I would not be penalised. Discovery then went back on their promise and the representative said I should know better "we all know how AR works" Im not sure who the "We" is referring to in their email.

I have been made to feel like a victim of crime, belittled and question if Discovery as a brand is trustworthy at all.

I have asked for someone to contact me but I have not heard from anyone... As it stands I would say be very cautious of Discovery Vitality and the Apple rewards programme. Another medical aid maybe be the better option to entrust your life and health with.
