DISCOVERY VITALITY BRIBING CLIENTS WHEN THEY CANT FIX PROBLEMS

This is my 3rd review...so far, and I will continue to drag Discovery's name and reputation through the dirt as long as I have to! For 3 months now I have been trying to get Discovery to pay me my Healthy Food cashback, with no success. I've even gotten my broker involved to try get this resolved, but one one seems to be able to get Discovery to fix their problems. I did get a reply from Discovery though, but they just tried to bribe me with a flat rate cashback (which was to too little and only for the 2 months due)! I'm sure they are trying to make me go away, BUT I WON"T! Not only did I not get the flat rate cashback they promised, but the problem still hasn't been resolved! Discovery has awarded me vitality points for Healthy Food (2 months only of the 3....so far), but yet they say they cannot see my Healthy Food Purchases at my preferred partner PicknPay (hence no cashback)! How can they give me the points when they don't know what I purchased?....See you again soon!
