Discovery vitality assessment web site

I am very dissatisfied with the discovery vitality assessment web site. As registered practicing nurse I have to log on customer assessment details and discovery is not allowing me to do so. I spoke the shazade who confirmed the problem would be sorted out today. It is now 4:30pm and nothing has been done. I am back logged with over 30 angry customers whom are awaiting their discovery vitality points. Please can someone do something about this problem
