Discovery vitality are useless!!!!

Two months ago. Money was taken from my account for my watch penalty. This would I have been fine. If they didn’t tell me to also URGENTLY PAY THEM AS THEY WERE UNABLE TO DEBIT ME.

So like a Good Samaritan I paid them so that I don’t affect my scores. Etc etc.

Literally within the next two days I was also debited.

So now I paid them two times the amount intended.

They are QUICK to jump when we as customers owe them.

But when they owe us it takes ages. It’s bull****.

Apparently the refund has been transferred. But it’s been two months. It’s really disgusting service.

I wouldn’t recommend discovery to anyone.

I’ve had bad service from DAY ONE.

DISCOVERY VITALITY are nothing short of a disgusting disrespectful company who don’t care about their people!
