Beware of Discovery Vitality Apple Watch Benefit....

In August 2019 I failed to reach my weekly goal due to being ill... I never received a mail that I should pay or that money will be deducted from my account so I left it there. I am not going to do Discovery's job for them.

In January 2020 I received a mail from Discovery Apple Watch that I should pay R6332.54 by the 06/02/2020 for my watch and that my Apple watch benefit will be cancelled. I then sent them an e-mail that I didn't receive any billing mails previously and that they can't just cancel my benefit and hand me over to their credit company. I then asked them to please send me banking details to make the outstanding payment of R666.58, seeing that I am the type of person who pay my bills. They rep**** and said they will offer me the chance to deduct it from my credit card on the 06/02/2020. I made sure to put enough money in my credit card so the payment can be deducted, payment were not deducted where I mailed them and asked about payment? They rep**** that there were Insufficient funds, which were not the case. There is still more than enough money in the account to be deducted but they rather decided to hand me over to their collection company as this is just one money making scheme from Discovery.

I reach my goal of 1200 points every week ever since. I asked them three times for account details to make payment, but they will rather hand me over and squeeze me for money.

This is how Discovery Vitality treat their clients. I will be paying of my credit card and moving to Momentum. Hopefully they treat their clients better than Discovery.
