Discovery Vitality Apple Watch

I had an Apple Watch contact which ended in February. The last payment was meant to go off in April. I thought this had happened but didn’t and heard nothing from Vitality And now in October Get contacted by attorneys. I have Discovery Insure, medical aid, vitality, life cover and pay thousands to Discovery every month but couldn’t be called and told I owe R750.??????

To make it worse, I have request a full statement of account from both the attorney and Discovery on numerous occasions and haven’t received it and yet get daily threatening messages demanding payment. This is insane.
