Discovery Vitality and Sportsmans warehouse are actually a rip-off!!

Dear Discovery Vitality. So I was Super excited to join Team Vitality this week. Then...nothing happened for 3/4 days...waited and waited for the confirmation email...Finally received it...at 17:10 on Thursday...running on Saturday with “team vitality”. Thank goodness my husband was able to go and fetch my number...left the shirt until today...have to drive ALL the way to Sportsmans warehouse centurion...that’s a good 30km from home...bear in mind atterbury value mart is 7km away...but anyway...got there, fit the shirt, took it to the cashiers, just to hear there is NO string bag. Like really?!?! How is it possible? If you deliver these stuff, is it not 1 shirt 1 bag?? Do you deliver more shirts than bags? Do people or workers maybe take more than suppose to?? This might be something small and stupid but it’s all about crux of the point/problem. Where is the rest of the stuff that is listed on the email? Why not get everything at one point/stop/pickup point? Why just Centurion? Something that was suppose to be exciting was just a hassle from the start. I left my number and email address. I asked for it to be delivered, and I KNOW it WILL NOT be delivered, because it is something small and unnecessary for the team. Taking my money for half the deliverance is not fair and really not on. Can someone on the team please assist on these questions and points?
