Discovery Vitality and Kulula booking not working

I have been trying to make a hotel booking for my parents and my family since Wednesday. I keep on getting a system error and cannot go past the page where I enter the name of guests.<br> <br> It is truely frustrating as I don't have the time to waste on the website. I have called the call-centre numerous times and they have told me that the website is down and they cannot take the booking. <br> <br> This is ridiculous as the website cannot be down for two days. I will also stand the risk of not getting the hotel booking for the days I need it.<br> I cannot make flight bookings until I have confirmed the hotel.<br> <br> The system and customer service level is not acceptable. I need to urgently confirm this booking. Please contact me urgently!
