Discovery Vitality And Kulula

Good day I have already logged this with discovery : Consultant Bianca Mpola (Ref : ********** 874) I made two flight bookings online the via the kulula website on the 23rd Feb, using the discovery vitality option online. The reference numbers are OQKWHT – Passengers (Deslynn Marais & Chad Pearce) Unfortunately , we were not able to make this trip due to unforeseen circumstances in our family. I called kulula about a month before the departure date, and they advised that one leg of flight ref – OQKWHT is 50% refundable and the rest of our flight was not. They mentioned that the 50% refundable ticket was booked as SEMI FLEX. However upon making the booking I never saw these options. They advised we should have booked Full Flex flights and we would have received a 100% refund. But I never saw these options on the website when making my bookings! I just tested it again on the website, it never gives me the option to choose, it defaults. When you book as a normal customer not using the vitality option, the option appear for you to choose between standard, semi-flex and fully flex. I believe that as a discovery vitality member, I should have the same option as any other person. As a customer is my right to choose an option which best suits me. I am fighting for my full refund, and your other clients who could go through something similar.
