Discovery Vitality Active

So I’ve been having a very big problem with discovery app or discovery itself, I’ve recently joined them and I’ve been super excited to join on the vitality group. After downloading the app and being told that by the 1 September 2019, I’ll be able to join vitality active. So got the app and since the first I’ve been trying to join vitality active thru the app and it’s just not working. I’ve spoken to discovery more that 10 times they have all told me same thing delete app install again and still there is nothing it’s now already 10 days past. They also advised me that a query has been placed and they will call me with in 3-5 working days but that also hasn’t happened. I’ve had my personal discovery representative trying to help me but also can’t really do much. And everybody just give the same explanation of how to do it and it doesn’t work. I’ve used so much airtime calling discovery and trying to sort out my own thing. Everyday I have to delete the app and the download the app then delete the app then download the app. I’m really disappointed seeing that I recently joined discovery( a month ago) and alsready I’m having so many problems just getting setup.
