Discovery Vitality a Money Making *******

The worst customer service from VitalityI I have ever received. I have cancelled my membership and moving to better medical aid. Discovery is just a ******* all the way

Besides not receiving all the information as promised by the Vitality sales consultant during the initial call, the Escalations consultant's attitude when requesting a refund is even worse.

Her last response to me with no apology whatsoever.

"We do note that the relevant information was provided to you on the sales call as well as the documentation sent. Furthermore, no refund is due to you in this regard."
