Discovery Vitality a joke

Signed up a week prior to the 1st October, this is when my account was meant to be active. Still not. Login to my Discovery App no trace of this being active, Login to my banking App no trace of this being Active, Login via Virgin Active App apparently still not a member. A joke to say the least.
