Discovery vitality ****

Vanessa Thabethe called me on 23 June 2025, offering me vitality trial for 3 months, which agreed to. Over the call I stated a few times I was not to be debited, as she made if clear it was a free trail for this period 23 June 2025- 31 August 2025 (vitality free trail).

End of September I was debited the amount of R399 without giving consent to fully join vitality. I called in, Vitality has been canceled, was told they'll listen to the call with Vanessa to determine if I'll be receiving a refund. To date, I haven't received any feedback for Discovery regarding this matter.
