Discovery Vitality

Vitality is a joke. From the 1st year i joined i got gold this year i was supposed to be in platinum but according to them i never reached Gold in my first year which is untrue. I got told that someone will sort this out and phone me back but off course no one did. I asked for evidence of me not achieving gold the first year but also no response. IT IS A TOTAL JOKE
