Discovery vitality

I am a subscriber of Discovery medical aid. I have recently app**** for the 3 month free trail of the discovery vitality. A constant called me and told me about the free trail and after 3 months that i would pay my first debit order for vitality. After the aplication they deducted over R500 which is not even the correct fee of vitality, for no reason. In the beginning of may 2022 i request a refund for the payment that they acknowledged was their fault its been a hole month with no feedback, no email of phone calls about whats going on... Just another company that takes money without proper consent and poor management capabilities... Im very unhappy with discovery vitality.
