Discovery Vitality

I having the worse experience with pathetic bad service fron the Dicovery Vitality. Ive been calling every 2nd day for the past month and a half trying to track the delivery of a Vitality card and every day Im been givin different information and never get anyone to assist me correctly. This is actually shocking for such a big company with very pathetically bad custome service. Ive actually givin up calling them as Im just not getting any correct answers. Janine ********** 910
