Discovery Vitality

I purchased a Fitbit Charge HR which comes with a HEART RATE monitor in Jan, only to find out that Discovery doesn't accept the HR Data from a fitbit even though they endorse the fitbit strongly on there website. anyway I decided to then go about reaching my goals using the steps as most of my workouts are running only to now have them change the system so that its almost impossible to reach the goals they have set.<br> <br> Can I Please get a re fund for my fitbit or atleast the 25% discount I was suppose to get from you for purchasing the device from clicks on my credit card as my selected health partner?<br> <br> Also I have not received my Gym Booster Since Jan??<br> <br> what is going on with Discovery Vitality? <br> <br> I would suggest also getting your Facebook Team to respond instead of ignoring them hoping that the problems will go away.
