Discovery Travel Sucks!

I have tried several times now to book flights and accommodation on Vitality Travel, but it just doesn't work. Either not all the individual bookings were booked or oh snap, it just didn't work! Why is service in South Africa so complicated? Why must the client suffer? Why must the client be the one to follow up? Can't Discovery phone me when they realise there was an issue with my booking. Bad, bad, unprofessional service.
