Discovery Travel is useless

So Discovery Vitality have made it impossible to book flights direct with the airline - you have to go through their extremely buggy Travel website. I tried to book a flight yesterday and get an error - And that someone will contact me shortly to discuss it. No one contacted me until this morning I receive a mail saying - your booking didn't go through - do it again. Surely that could have been sent yesterday. Now I book this morning and the exact same flights are R600 more expensive. Why could I not be told to rebook yesterday? Why didn't the website simply tell me to rebook? And trying to call the travel call centre is hopeless. I have ben on hold for over 20 minutes so far. Where is the service, Discovery????
