Discovery Travel impossible to amend and unhelpful call centre

I will honestly never use discovery vitality travel again, it is impossible to amend bookings, instead you are forced to cancel, wait 4-6 weeks for a refund and have to rebook everything over again. I was told by one agent that I would pay one cancellation fee as it was under one booking code, but this was not the case as I had to pay separate cancellation fees for each booking. Incredibly silly system and worst service I have experienced.
