Discovery travel does not want to refund my cancelled flight😡

Discovery travel is not paying back my refund. The flight was cancelled end of May23. I requested the refund on the 9th of June and am still waiting? Keep on saying it is escalated but nothing happens. Even the complaints department has ignored my email. What disappointing service and I am out of pocket.shocking
